Waseef enjoys significant experience in Call Centre Operations and Management in Qatar Market. Over the years, we developed substantial capabilities in acquiring experience in this segment while offering high-quality added value to our service offerings.

Our clients are connected to our services through a 24/7 Customer Call Centre to address emergency, urgent and routine requests. The Call Center is a key resource for all Waseef clients, working to connect them to the appropriate service for any facility in an expedient and efficient manner.

Waseef has leveraged technology to support its Call Center Operations. Some of the technologies in place are:

 

  • YARDI Voyager: A comprehensive set of property management and accounting tools for offices, retails, Residential Properties all built into a fully-integrated web-based Voyager platform.
  • INFOR EAM: INFOR Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) Edition is primarily used for Waseef’s Facility Management across all properties. EAM supports the maintenance activities including Planned Preventive Maintenance & Corrective Maintenance.
