Waseef launches a new mobile and tablet application

 

  • The app allows the public to submit a rental enquiry for residential or commercial units

In a bid to boost its communication with the public and expand its outreach through the internet and new technologies, the leading asset, property and facility management company “Waseef”, has launched a new app for both iOs and Android mobile phones and tablets.

The new application includes services and support offered by the company to its customers, such as existing tenants or those interested in renting in any Waseef managed property. Users can now find all the information they need on any property managed by Waseef through this easy to use and quick to load mobile app.

According to Waseef CEO Abdullah Jabara Al Rumaihi: “Launching this new application is further proof of Waseef’s leadership in the field of real estate management and a reinforcement of its status as a pioneering company that seeks to create and launch new quality services to benefit its customers wherever they may be”.

Al Rumaihi adds: “Waseef continuously strives to establish itself as one of the largest companies working in real estate management by embracing modern and advanced means of communication in line with Waseef’s vision and the State of Qatar’s National Vision 2030 aimed at achieving development in all fields, and welfare for everyone residing in Qatar”.

Waseef’s CEO further explained that the new app will provide a view of the interior design of any residential unit type. It will also offer a panoramic view of the property’s interior design and exterior location allowing potential tenants to save time and view residential units and the property location from the outside without having to physically visit it.

Al Rumaihi goes on to say that “the app will allow direct contact with the Waseef customer service center to obtain any information on or request maintenance for a residential unit. The app also allows customers to submit a maintenance request by taking a photograph of the problem and sending it easily and in record time. The call center will then deal with the issue in a timely fashion and send technicians to resolve the problem.

The public will also be able to submit a rental enquiry for residential or commercial units in any Waseef-managed property. The app will keep the public up-to-date with the latest news of Waseef through social networking sites such as Facebook, Twitter or Instagram easily accessed through the app.”

Al Rumaihi indicated that launching the application was a clear message from the company on harnessing the latest modern technology to provide comfort to its public and customers, especially given the fact that many of them use smart phones and tablets and tend to take advantage of the services provided by modern technology.

Rumaihi finally said that Waseef greatly values social media as a main tool for interaction with the public in today’s world, indicating that Waseef spares no effort to reach out to the largest segment in our society.
