Auction Terms
1. Those wishing to bid must comply and submit the following documents: - A copy of the ID card. A copy of the commercial register with the establishment’s registration for companies Authorization letter for persons from the companies they represent. 2. Paying an amount of (1000) Qatari riyals for each car recovered in case it is not awarded 3. Insurance fees are deposited in Al Rayan Bank at Waseef Company’s account number (0002105222200). 4. Bidding takes place on each car separately 5. The bidder declares that the price submitted by him is based on the condition of the car after inspection and examination. 6. Inspection of vehicles will take place in the city of Mawater from eight in the morning until six in the evening 7. The bidder must pay the remainder of the sale value within (5) working days from the date of the auction, otherwise the auction fees will be cancelled and the temporary insurance fee confiscated. 8. The buyer must transfer his car within 72 hours from the date of notification of transferring ownership for his benefit 9. Submitting the quotation in a closed envelope 10. Every person who has paid the auction entry security deposit declares that he has been informed of all auction conditions and procedures followed by the organizing committee, and that he accepts all its decisions in this regard.
